3D-printed items are created layer by layer from a digital model, using either melted plastic filament or liquid resin. The design is first digitally sliced into thin layers. Depending on the method, a heated nozzle extrudes melted filament to form each layer, or a UV light cures layers of liquid resin to build the shape. Both processes can result in subtle surface quirks, such as fine lines or small nubs, which are normal and not considered defects. Each piece is carefully inspected, and anything that doesn’t meet quality standards is set aside.

3D-printed items made with plastic filament, typically PLA or PETG, are formed layer by layer using a heated nozzle. PLA is a plant-based plastic made from renewable resources like corn starch and comes in a wide range of colors and finishes. It can begin to warp or soften around 125 °F (55 °C). PETG is a durable plastic with greater heat resistance, softening around 150 °F (65 °C). ASA is another strong plastic with good weather resistance and remains stable at higher temperatures, up to about 190 °F (88 °C).

No. 3D-printed items are not considered food safe due to their layered structure, which can trap bacteria. Cookie cutters can be used to shape dough before baking but shouldn’t be used for ready-to-eat food. Bowls are intended for wrapped candies or decorative use only.

To keep your item looking its best:
• Keep away from high heat, including ovens, dishwashers, and hot cars.
• Consider a UV‑resistant coating to extend its lifespan.
• Hand‑wash only with mild soap and warm water.

• Avoid abrasive scrubbers that may scratch the surface.
• Dry with a soft cloth or allow it to air‑dry completely.
• Handle with care to avoid damage from drops or rough use.

Some colors may be listed without a photo. If you would like to see one, contact us and we can provide a photo of the item in that color, another item in that color, or a photo of the material if a finished piece is not yet available.

Processing times are set so orders can be completed in the order they’re received. Depending on order volume and item size, some pieces may take several days to print and finish, but most items are ready to ship sooner. Each piece is made to order, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it ships. From there, the delivery time is handled by the shipping carrier. Please feel free to message us with any questions or concerns.

Because each piece is made to order, returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
