Return and Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, as each piece is made to order through a careful, on-demand process. From the colorway and size you select to its creation and hand-finishing, every Totality3D item is crafted specifically for you. For this reason, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if something isn't right with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your message and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
• Normal variations or minor surface quirks from the 3D printing or handmade process.
