Orders
All items are made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through trusted third‑party payment processors.

Shipping
Processing time for most orders is 1–2 weeks. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Product Information
Each item is created using 3D printing or handmade processes. Minor variations or surface quirks are normal and are not considered defects. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in materials or monitor/device settings.

Returns and Refunds
As each item is made to order, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. See our Refund Policy for details.
